Our Service Desk system allow users to submit requests or "tickets" to our ICT support unit (IT). You can keep track the progress of your request, view and search our knowledge base repository on ICT support related matters, including frequently asked questions (FAQs), announcements, circulars, guidelines, forms and documents.
Service Desk can be accessed from any web browser, on any device from anywhere with an internet connection.
